Business Strategy Associate

R/GA Ventures is looking to hire associates for the upcoming R/GA IoT Venture Studio UK. This London-based Venture Studio program is designed to help early-stage and growth-stage startups creating connected products and services to level up as businesses and brands on a global scale and is run in collaboration with Innovate UK. This is a three-month intensive program intended to help IoT and Hardware focused startup companies grow their businesses through industry connections, pilots, skills development, and brand development.

Associates will engage with our leading IoT tech startups, along with our network of industry-leading mentors, sponsors and investors. Associates will also help facilitate and may participate in Venture Studio social events, activities, services projects and workshops with the founders and local London tech community.

During the 3-month program the Business Strategy Associate will dig into the business plans for participating startups: providing research, models and analysis. These efforts will be under the direction of R/GA’s Executive Director of Business Transformation and the program’s Managing Director. Projects may be assigned by program leadership, requested by founders, or augment R/GA services deliverables.

All Associates ensure that founders have the information and tools they need to effectively participate in the program, that the program venue (R/GA London’s Connected Office) is prepared to meet the day’s needs, and that all visitors have a productive and positive experience at R/GA. Associates will traffic founder questions/concerns to the appropriate R/GA staff member.

This role may be interesting to those looking to gain experience and connections in IoT & Hardware technology, venture capital and/or digital agencies.
