Content Platforms Associate

R/GA is headquartered in a state of the art workspace, featuring a continuous stream of content within the office space, online and on its Connected Space app. The Content Platform Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining R/GA’s external and internal digital presence. Working closely with the marketing and PR teams as well as senior agency leadership, the associate will source, track and push content updates in line with agency marketing needs.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Content Platforms Associate at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Be responsible for content updates to Global Homepage and all US office web pages
  • Train new users on R/GA Connected CMS workflow and process
  • Assist in events such as Town Hall & work shares
  • Connect the dots of available content to use across global offices
  • Work with connected team to test new functionalities on the R/GA App
  • Work with tech team to create new connectivity and workflow with other third-party programs (Vimeo, Scala, LISNR, Pressly, etc.)

The ideal person

  • Has a strong familiarity with the state of the Web from a business and aesthetic perspective and an understanding of website architecture and mapping
  • Has an innate interest and aptitude in learning new programs and platforms
  • Is a self-starter, self-motivated and also a strong collaborator
  • Is detail oriented

You bring

  • 1-2 years working in managing/producing marketing, creative or technology projects
  • Platform and program skills: demonstrated experience with Pardot, JIRA, Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
