Program Coordinator

R/GA Ventures seeks an experienced, motivated, and innovative Program Coordinator for "accelerator" style Venture Studio program. 

The Program Coordinator (PC) is often the first face of the program, so is expected to represent the program for a variety of audiences, including founders, press, investors, community, sponsors, partners, and R/GA client executives. Internally, the PC keeps all operational elements of the program in line with the targeted strategic goals and keeps all R/GA stakeholders informed of developments of delegated work-streams. Under the direction of the Program Director, the PC implements projects to achieve the program’s milestones, while striving for the highest quality execution. 

During the program, the PC manages the logistics of scheduled events, traffics questions/concerns to the appropriate R/GA staff, and undertakes creative problem solving. The PC ensures that founders have the information and tools they need to effectively participate in the program, that the program venue is prepped to meet the day’s needs, and that all visitors have a productive and positive experience.

On any given day you might

  • Manage program calendar as it pertains to curriculum, cadence of events, workshops and priorities of the MD
  • Lead the logistics of program events, including Demo Day invitations and RSVPs
  • Organize company applications and schedule interviews
  • Lead weekly meetings with MD to discuss upcoming events
  • Work with Program Manager to create and distribute program surveys to gather founder feedback
  • Manage the responsibilities of Operations Associates
  • ​Office and facilities management in tandem with local office

The ideal candidate

  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is comfortable engaging with people at all levels
  • Is self-motivated and organized
  • Has experience in event planning and logistics
  • Has strong knowledge of Google Calendar and Drive
  • Is proactive, organized, personable, decisive, and calm.

You bring

2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced project or program management focused position
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
