Content Studio Coordinator

Our in-house content studio allows us to create a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D and computer graphics tailored to our exacting standards, at costs that are much lower than those accrued by hiring an outside production company. It consists of digital editors, animators, motion-graphics specialists and producers with broadcast experience who work together to conceive, create, and produce work that we think speaks for itself.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Content Studio Coordinator at R/GA:
 
On any given day you might

  • Oversee the day-to-day activity of the BA Content Studio, and manage requests of Studio hours
  • Serve as primary contact for internal departments that require work with the CS
  • Oversee overall maintenance of studio equipment: lighting, cameras, audio and others
  • Assign priority to work requests accordingly
  • Be readily available to prepare a photo shoot or a studio session when needed ad hoc
  • Report to our Executive Content Producer on overall activity of the CS

The ideal person

  • Has experience with video, photo, camera, lighting equipment and other content production gears
  • Can multitask and make accurate judgements on prioritization of work
  • Is able to work with Content Producers on ad hoc and planned project work tasks
  • Has experience working on a highly autonomous environment, making appropriate decisions when needed
  • Is used to being the point person for internal, high level R/GA employees, has outstanding communication skills and loves solving problems

You bring

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a studio assistance role of TV, film, digital or video production teams
