With over 1,800 employees across the globe, our Office Services team plays an integral role in maintaining and assisting our staff.  They provide much needed support to keep R/GA running smoothly and efficiently.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Concierge at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Open office promptly at 8:00am and communicate any scheduling changes to Office Manager
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, vendors and guests
  • Assist with conference room bookings
  • Manage reception traffic and incoming calls
  • Maintain reception area tidiness and presentation
  • Assist with travel arrangements, catering, and car services
  • Receive incoming package deliveries and mail, and coordinate outgoing FedEx/UPS & Messenger shipping

The ideal person

  • Must be a people person
  • Has prior administrative and customer service experience
  • Demonstrates a high degree of organization and has outstanding communication skills
  • Has a polished, professional presence
  • Has complete proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Lync
  • Is comfortable interfacing with candidates, clients, and R/GA leadership

You bring

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role or office environment
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality management or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite

Bonus Points

  • If you have previous experience in a creative, retail, fashion or hospitality environment, or at another Advertising Agency or Production Company
  • If you have knowledge of Avaya phone systems
