Recruiting Operations Lead

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Recruiting Operations Lead at R/GA:

On any given day you might:

  • Manage all data collection and analysis, and prepare quarterly and annual staffing reports for executive management team to highlight hiring trends
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and User Administrator of Greenhouse, applicant tracking system; oversee the implementation of newly released features and provide ongoing training to the Recruiting team and agency as a whole
  • Train and oversee Recruitment Coordination team, and ensure quality processes for interviewing, documentation, and hiring are followed
  • Provide extensive maintenance, deployment, and training of tools and technology, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Take the Interview
  • Lead campus recruiting initiatives: identify target schools and events, manage campus calendar and budget, serve as primary point of contact for all schools and representatives
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on Visa cases for international candidates
  • Train Recruiters and Coordinators on systems and processes across 14 global offices
  • Manage Employee Referral Program

 

The ideal person

  • Has extensive experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Greenhouse preferred
  • Is highly analytical and very comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Has advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Has effective project management and time management skills
  • Has a solid understanding of recruiting systems, such as ATS and candidate sourcing tools
  • Is incredibly detail oriented and organized

 

You bring:

4+ years’ experience in recruiting/recruiting operations in a fast paced environment (recruiting program management or project management is a plus)
