Associate Resource Manager

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Associate Resource Manager at R/GA:


On any given day you might

  • Lead client team/office allocations meetings and address follow ups
  • Report on utilization and analyze data for leadership/resource manager
  • Staff pitches as assigned
  • Partner with recruitment on open positions and priorities
  • Flag resourcing issues to resource manager and/or business and department leads
  • Flag performance issues with HR team
  • Thoroughly understand resource skill sets to make staffing recommendations
  • Send PTO report weekly
  • Follow up on timesheet compliance weekly
  • Follow up Admin time report weekly
  • Update of open positions in Reporter weekly
  • Submit freelance extension requests
  • Update Resource Management Capacity and Needs sheet twice a week
  • Attend Global RM meetings and handle follow ups as necessary
  • Send welcome emails to new staff hires and freelance hires
  • Assign PTO approvers to new hires in Reporter
  • Follow up on Freelance timesheet compliance
  • Address time rejections from producers
  • Approve freelance timesheet Admin hours
  • Maintain org charts (updating monthly)
  • Send PTO approvals to producers & managers for approval

You bring

  •  1-2 years of resource management experience
