Senior Recruiter

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Freelance Senior Recruiter at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Managers, Department Heads and Resource Managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source candidates for a variety of roles across multiple departments
  • Manage communication with Department Heads and Hiring Managers
  • Drive the recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Assist with onboarding and retaining new employees
  • Provide status reports to Recruitment Manager and Department Head on a variety of roles

The ideal person

  • Understands digital department skill sets
  • Is an expert communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Can easily adapt to quickly change priorities and work well under pressure
  • Has experience interacting with all levels of management and associates
  • Brings an existing network of contacts to the table
  • Is incredibly detail oriented and organized

You bring

  • 5+ years’ recruiting experience in advertising or interactive media (at least 2+ years' in-house recruiting experience
