Our Business Development team oversees our new business initiatives across the U.S. to meet the increasing demand for agency-of-record and project relationships. They identify, pursue and win strategic and tactical new business, and create a smooth transition for our new clients into the agency.
We are looking for a Manager, Business Development at R/GA in our San Francisco office to partner with our Executive Director, Growth (based in LA) who's charged with overseeing new business for all of our West Coast offerings.
The individual is expected to be well connected and to be capable of identifying, pursuing and winning strategic and tactical new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to use his/her current depth of knowledge of digital and offline marketing and technology, along with a swiftly-acquired knowledge of agency (and local office) history, case studies, current business and strategic direction. S/he will help the team strategize the best response, the best solution, and the best proposal to the challenges on hand.
